Send a product link, image, specification, target quantity, destination, and budget. We identify and verify suitable suppliers, confirm MOQ and a quotation, collect full payment, procure the goods, coordinate agreed inspection and consolidation, and manage freight and tracking to the destination.

Goods are procured specifically for you and suppliers require payment before production or dispatch. We therefore cannot offer COD or partial payment. Eligible online payments are processed by established gateways, and bank payments are verified before procurement.

Freight depends on actual or volumetric weight, carton dimensions, route, service level, commodity, insurance, and current carrier rates. Customs duties and taxes depend on the destination and tariff classification and are included only when the confirmed quotation says so.

MOQ is set by each supplier and product. Some AliExpress products allow one unit, while 1688 and Alibaba factory orders commonly require larger quantities. We confirm MOQ before payment.

We provide milestone updates from supplier order and production through China-hub receipt, inspection, consolidation, export dispatch, customs, and final delivery. Carrier tracking is shared when available.
